I had a decent stay at the hotel, which is really just for sleeping, but its location near Morioka station was super convenient for exploring the area. The rooms were quite small and a bit dated, but they were clean enough. The Wi-Fi connection was frustrating as it kept dropping, which was a downside. On the plus side, the parking was very affordable as long as you left before 10 AM.
